1. Nature of the Pakalpojums

GardenView24 provides a digital remote garden management simulation service.

The platform allows users to:

• virtually activate and manage garden units,
• monitor garden-related data and visual representations,
• interact with a simulated gardening environment connected to real locations.

GardenView24 does not sell plants, seeds, trees, or physical goods.
All plants and garden elements remain the property and responsibility of the garden owner.

Activation of a plant or garden unit within the platform represents a virtual activation of a service, not a purchase of a physical item.

2. No Ownership or Land Rental

Use of the GardenView24 platform:

• does not grant ownership of land,
• does not constitute land rental,
• does not establish tenancy, lease, or agricultural partnership.

GardenView24 is a service platform only.

3. Dārza Units & Simulation Logic

A garden unit may include:

• a garden plot,
• a koks,
• a raised bed,
• a greenhouse section,
• or other garden types made available on the platform.

Dārza units are represented digitally and may be connected to real garden locations, but user interaction is limited to the platform interface.

All gardening activities are performed independently by the garden owner or operator.

4. Harvest, Yield & Results (No Guarantees)

GardenView24 provides no guarantees regarding:

• plant growth,
• harvest quantity,
• harvest quality,
• timing of harvest,
• plant survival.

Gardening results depend on uncontrollable natural factors including weather, pests, diseases, soil conditions, and seasonal variation.

5. Harvest Delivery & Food Sales

Harvest delivery through the GardenView24 platform is not guaranteed.

Delivery of harvested products may only occur if all of the following conditions are met:

• the garden owner is legally registered to sell food products in their country,
• the garden owner complies with all local food safety and tax regulations,
• such delivery is explicitly offered via the platform.

In such cases, GardenView24 acts solely as a digital intermediary.

In all other cases:

• harvest delivery may be arranged directly between the user and the garden owner, or
• harvest delivery may not be available at all.

GardenView24 does not assume responsibility for:

• food safety,
• delivery logistics,
• legal compliance of the garden owner,
• quality or suitability of harvested products.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

GardenView24 operates on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions provide access to the platform and digital services only.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Prices and billing frequency are displayed before checkout.

No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Relationships

GardenView24 does not control and is not responsible for:

• actions or omissions of garden owners,
• compliance of garden owners with local laws,
• agreements made directly between users and garden owners.

Any agreement outside the platform is made at the user’s own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability (Strong Protection Clause)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GardenView24 shall not be liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses,
• loss of profits, income, or expected harvest,
• business interruption,
• data loss,
• personal dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. No Professional Advice

Content provided on GardenView24:

• does not constitute agricultural, financial, legal, or health advice,
• is for informational and simulation purposes only.

Users are responsible for verifying information independently.

10. Platform Availability

GardenView24 does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access,
• error-free operation,
• continuous availability of features.

The platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, design, and branding remain the exclusive property of GardenView24.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Account Termination

GardenView24 may suspend or terminate access if:

• these Terms are violated,
• misuse or abuse is detected,
• legal risks arise.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvija.
