You have selected the Observer membership.

This subscription gives you access to the GardenView24 platform, where you receive your own unique virtual garden connected to a real garden unit in the physical world.

Each Observer member is assigned a dedicated real garden space, which exists exclusively for them on the platform. Through your personal Dārza Dashboard, you can follow and observe how your garden develops throughout the season.

With the Observer membership, you will not be able to make changes to the garden or order gardening services such as:

• weeding

• mulching

• watering

• planting changes

• or other garden management services

All gardening decisions and activities will be carried out by the gardener, based on their professional judgment and experience.

The gardener will:

• design and plant the garden according to their own plan

• maintain the garden as needed throughout the season

• regularly update you with new photos and videos

• update the Dārza Dashboard with information about planted crops, their status, and their condition

As an Observer, you become a supporter of small homesteads and small farm owners, helping them maintain productive gardens and sustainable food systems.

By participating, you contribute to making the world and nature a better and healthier place.

To be eligible to receive a harvest, the following conditions must be met:

• The garden owner offers harvest delivery.
• There are no legal restrictions preventing the shipment of products to the client's address.
• A harvest is available in the garden plot.

Harvest Disclaimer

Gardening depends on natural conditions. The gardener cannot guarantee a harvest every year.
Weather conditions or unexpected events such as cold temperatures, heat waves, heavy rain, drought, animal damage, pests, or other natural factors may affect plant growth and harvest results.

Membership Price

The price for this membership is €450 per year + VAT.

Taxes are calculated at checkout depending on your country.

Subscription and Payment Policy

The subscription fee paid for the current billing period is non-refundable, as the funds are immediately used to purchase plants, seeds, materials, and to perform gardening work required for maintaining the garden.

If you cancel or stop your subscription, the service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

The subscription will automatically terminate at the beginning of the next billing period, and no further payments will be charged.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that GardenView24 provides a digital remote garden management simulation service and not the sale of physical goods, and you agree to the Noteikumi un nosacījumi and Privacy Policy.
